Responsibilities:
Works in collaboration with physicians to assesses the physical needs of the patients.
Orders interprets and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians.
Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment
Assists the nursing staff in the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients in accordance
with established policies and procedures
Communicates all pertinent information concerning patient care for the assigned patient population as directed

Requirements for this job:
Master's Degree of Science from an accredited Nursing school
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
