Job Details:The Urgent & After Hours Care Nurse Practitioner is a professional nurse with an advanced education and training in the primary care of both pediatric and adult patients. The Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients presenting to Memorial Hospital Urgent & After Hours Care program as directed by clinical protocols. The Nurse Practitioner functions as a member of the health care team and collaborates closely with the Urgent Care physicians, nurses and other midlevel providers.

Minimum Education: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program. Current Colorado Family Nurse Practitioner license, or willing to obtain a Colorado license. National Certification. BLS

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years working with both pediatric and adult patients.

Strength (Medium Work): Exerting 20 to 50 lbs of force occasionally, ot 10 to 25 lbs of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
