Qualifications: Current CA RN license AHA BLS certification, One (1) year recent (within the last three (3) years) full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care or completion of a Kaiser Permanente (KP) or equivalent Critical Care course. Current ACLS card required. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Ventilator training course. Acute Critical Care experience. Will provide clinical training if not previously completed. Must be willing to be trained to utilize PCs. Exceptional communication skills. Will work in a collaborative labor-management environment that results in a high performance work team.
Notes: If twelve (12) hour option chosen, shift will be 7:30pm-8:00sm, back up 8 hour shift will be 11:30pm-8:00am.Will work rotating weekends.
